Blog

In this blog I would be discussing about
the content marketing plan for Singapore Airlines. It will be aimed at the
young travelling adults who travel frequently through Singapore Airlines. The
campaign will be called SIA TREATS.
This is a
student concept for a Sheridan Pilon School of Business Digital Marketing
Course
Through this campaign we would be aiming to
land more likes and followers on all of our social media sites. Since, SIA
entered in the industry a little too late than its competitors it was hard for
them to establish themselves. We aim on flipping likes through this campaign as
shown below:

The idea is to click canid shots during the
flight, the pictures could be:
·
Shots of food
·
Shots of services provides by the company
depicting the comfort that SIA offer
·
Shots of beautiful views throughout the window
·
Shots of drinks being served
This campaign
would be launched to celebrate SIA’s 46th birthday. It will give
Singapore Airlines the opportunity to connect with a broader customer base. The
campaign will start from March 07, 2018 and the winners will be chosen on
October 1, 2018 – known to be the foundation day of the airlines.
The winners will
be rewarded with a trip to their favourite destination at a time of their
convenience and the trip will be sponsored by Singapore Airlines. This trip
will not only include the travel fare but the stay at the most luxurious hotel
at the dream destination as well.
The campaign will
be promoted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. The contestants will
have to email their shots to the official gmail account of Singapore Airlines
and then post their pictures using the #SIAtreats.
Below we have a
sample of an infographic for the campaign. It includes information about the
campaign and some facts about Singapore Airlines to make it more familiar with
customers.
