There are different pages and accounts on social media that post and represent their views on different brands and their services. For Example, how many times do we scroll through down the YouTube videos and find people giving their reviews on flights they had been on or any other services offered by a company??? 

Qatar Airways

Airways is an online magazine that gathers reviews for different airlines and they have plenty of content on Qatar Airways. The magazine posts reviews on the new products of company with pictures. They also have information posted about different new flights to various locations around the globe.

There are various pages on YouTube that post review videos about the flights they had with Qatar airways. These videos are by the actual passengers and are no paid advertisement. People talk about the food and other things they felt good or bad about when they were in the flight.

This is a rating website and they have been ranking Qatar airways on the top of positions for the past two years and they ranked Qatar airways at first spot in 2017. This builds up a good brand image and attracts new customers who would love to try the services of the company.

Lufthansa

TripAdvisor is a website that rates and reviews companies. This helps people in making choices about the flights they should choose and which they should not. Lufthansa has good ratings on the website and reviews for the company are also good. Most of the reviews given are in the excellent or Very good category (tripadvisor, 2018).

 Traveller is a website that posts information about the Lufthansa flights and the new services being offered by the company. The website has different sections that cover the type of plane and the services inside it. Things like food and entertainment system are also described.

3.      Instagram Fan pages: https://www.instagram.com/__lufthansa__/

Lufthansa also has fan pages on Instagram and link to one of the pages is mentioned above. This page has 273 followers and just has 8 posts (Instagram, 2018). The posts are all pictures of Lufthansa planes.

·         Qatar airways has much more word-of-mouth content than Lufthansa. This is because of the YouTube videos.

·         Lufthansa has fan pages with much more written content and advisory content like reviews from different sites and pages.

·         Qatar airways also has a fan page but with less following than Lufthansa.

·         Qatar airways was ranked at 1^st rank by world airline award website whereas Lufthansa was at 7^th rank (Worldairlineawards, 2018).
